FluentCRM Campaign Dashboard Plugin: Simplify Your Email Campaign Management

Our custom WordPress plugin seamlessly integrates with FluentCRM to enhance your user dashboard. It features a dropdown menu that displays all standard campaigns, providing quick access to basic information about each campaign. Additionally, it includes a pie chart showcasing essential statistics and a direct link to each campaign for easy navigation. This plugin ensures users can effortlessly monitor and analyze their email marketing campaigns from a single, convenient location.

Note: This is public beta version 1.5.9. Recurring campaigns will be added soon, but as of now they are not included in the plugin. I’m not sure that I will release this on wordpress.org website just yet!

Installation and Usage Guide for FluentCRM Campaign Dashboard Plugin

Installation

1. Download the Plugin
   • Ensure you have the latest version of the plugin (beta version 1.5.9) downloaded to your computer.
2. Upload the Plugin
   • Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
   • Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
   • Click on Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
   • Click on Choose File and select the plugin ZIP file you downloaded.
   • Click Install Now.
3. Activate the Plugin
   • Once the plugin is installed, click on Activate Plugin.

Usage

1. Access the Campaign Dashboard
   • Log in to your WordPress user dashboard.
   • Go to Dashboard > FluentCRM Stats.
2. View Campaigns
   • In the FluentCRM Stats widget, you will find a dropdown menu displaying all standard campaigns.
   • Select any campaign from the dropdown to view its details.
3. Analyze Campaign Stats
   • The FluentCRM Stats widget includes a pie chart displaying basic statistics for your campaigns.
   • Hover over the sections of the pie chart to see detailed stats.
4. Navigate to Campaigns
   • Each campaign listed in the dropdown menu includes a direct link.
   • Click on the link to navigate directly to the specific campaign within FluentCRM.
5. Note on Recurring Campaigns
   • Please note that recurring campaigns are not yet included in this version of the plugin. They will be added soon in future updates.
